We offer a range of offices, from compact spaces for individuals to larger suites designed for growing teams. Each space can be tailored to your needs, whether you're working solo or with up to four people.
Yes. Thanks to our flexible package offerings, you are able to rent offices on a daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly basis.
No. You are only charged for the rental of the office space.
Yes. Printers, envelopes, stamps and other necessities are available for use from reception. It is charged by card machine.

We accept bank transfers, or you have the option to add your bank card to our CRM portal, making payments autonomous.
Yes. You will receive monthly/ yearly invoices depending on your payment period via email and on your account on our CRM portal.
Yes. As part of the Unusual Desk membership, you will be allowed to use the office address as your official business address.
Yes. There is an on-site café serving delicious light meals, and drinks.

Yes. We believe that finding a perfect working space is about only using what you need. Which is why we offer a walk-in option and daily rate for our coworking space, for only €10 a day.
Yes. The coworking space is located next to the on-site café with an award winning barista, offering fresh meals and delicious drinks.
The office is just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station. Exit through Hoog Catharijne Mall, turn right onto Lange Viestraat, then turn right again onto Oudegracht. Continue along Oudegracht until you see the green flags of The Unusual Space. Alternatively, you can take a bus to the Neude bus stop, which is just a short walk from the office.
Yes. Each Usual Membership holder is permitted to bring one guest to work with them in the coworking space.

The postboxes are suitable for receiving letters in A4 and A5 size.
Yes. Our receptionist will inform you by email when mail has arrived for you.
You can collect your mail any time between 09:00-17:00 on week days.
Yes, for only €10 per month, we will open, scan and email your mail to you as soon as it arrives.

All meeting rooms include a high-speed WIFI, climate control, white boards, modern online conferencing equipment and access to the on-site café.

Yes. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
