Why we process your data, and our legal basis

To respond to your enquiries and process booking/tour requests legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
Note for legal review: Art. 6(1)(b) is used here for both tour bookings and general contact enquiries. This fits cleanly for tour bookings (which may lead to a rental contract). For general "Get in Touch" enquiries that may not lead to a contract, Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) may be the more defensible legal basis. please confirm which applies to each form.
To assess job applications submitted via our careers form. legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
To manage our relationship with you as a customer or prospective customer. legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
